Commercial
We specialise in providing advice to some of Seychelles’ biggest companies on acquisitions and mergers and deal extensively in advising and drafting of specialist contracts and agreements and have a vast experience in the intricacies of Seychelles’ Company law and Civil Contract Law.
Notorial
Our in house notary provides advice and on all notarial documents including wills and testaments and we offer attestation and certification services for our clients.
Property and Tenancy Law
We deal extensively in advising our clients on the property laws in Seychelles, including the drafting of tenancy agreements for some of Seychelles biggest proprietors, and provide advice on land acquisition, including to international clients, as well as provide litigation and representation services for before the Courts of Seychelles on the same.
